Description:

The Echelon Program is a clone trooper program like the rest. I.e. ARC, ARF, Commando, ETC. The difference is, the Echelon's were a highly trained and rare program within the 228th Black Skulls Corps and the 228th alone. They had a 1% acceptance rate of clones who applied for tryouts and fewer that get accepted. The program was created and lead by the Marshal Commander himself CC-5733 "Flanker" only 3 clones get accepted to fill the two squads of two. To be accepted Clones must have near-perfect battle cohesion and be able to make important decisions on the dime while still being highly effective, they must also show different thought processes to avoid agreeing on everything perfectly and walking into a trap.
