Adds a highly customizable and configurable framework for domain expansions

This mod is now mostly used as a library for my future mods, but still retains the original features :D
To activate a domain expansion, cast "DomainHandsign" spell. When the domain is fully complete, a sure hit effect that was configured in the settings will be applied to any creature stuck inside it.
To add a custom sure hit effect, just make a status json file or a scripted one
Domain Functionality:
Targetting Mode - switch between self and others
Domain Duration - duration of the domain expansion in seconds
Available Status Effects - any status effect that can be used as a sure hit effect (Modded status effects might bug out or not work at all)
Domain Visuals:
Domain RGB values - customize the color of the domain
