This is the Priest's Whip.
You can cycle between the Bloodied Hand I, II and III forms via Trigger and Alternate Use
The whip form is a little buggy due to how its made and how it functions in the game, since I tried to be as authentic as possible. Regardless I hope you can enjoy!
