Disables the Temporal Riposte Skill so you can actually have a good fight!
This mod disables(or does its best) to disable the skill Temporal Riposte(body/mind T1), temporal riposte slows down the enemy when you parry them.
i made this mod so when i click Enable All in sandbox it wont re-enable it, it just annoyed me so i threw this together
Current Limitations:
the skill will be in the skills parts of the cheat menu but it wont do anything, I will try and fix this eventually.
