Maelstrom Spear v2.0 U11 (Gale Force Update)

Update v2. 0: This update brings the force of the Maelstrom to this spear, increasing blunt knockback on the handle and blade guards to allow you to swat your enemies away (or knock them down) with the force of a Maelstrom. I've tried not to overdo the force multiplier, but let me know if it is still too strong and I'll dial it back.

This mod adds a really neat spear into the game that is all black with emissive green accents. Wielding this spear gives you instant mana regen, instant cast speed, and all the powers of wielding a staff (Including shooting fireballs, the lightning whip, and effortlessly controlling heavy objects) with the added benefit of getting to stab enemies with it. This weapon also releases the sheer power of gale force winds with every blow, allowing you to easily knock back your enemies. Embrace the fury of the storm within.
