Regenerate health over time! With customizable options!
If you have not taken damage for 5 seconds, you will regenerate health over time, it would take 4 seconds to regenerate form 0 - 100% health.
I added mod options for regen delay, and regen time but also if the mod is actually enabled or not making it easy to enable/disable on the fly.
