Imbuing a staff lets you shoot thunderbolts from the staff's shoot point by pressing the spell wheel button or the thumb pad.
Performing a staff slam will summon a large thunderbolt on the nearest enemy, shooting out normal thunderbolts towards any nearby enemies.
The thunderbolt merge shoots out chain thunderbolts, which hit multiple enemies in one attack by shooting thunderbolts from one enemy to the next.
