Finally updated to 12. 3. THIS IS IMPORTANT Armor is located in AGG Wardrobe and the zip contains 2 files. 1 for armor the 2 for cape and skirt. *do not waste your time asking me why I didn't put it in one mod lol
The cape goes on the left shoulder and the skirt goes on the left hip. Place them anywhere else and it will not look right. This was my workaround to have cloth physics.
I have a couple of experimental cape options to try to get it to blow a certain way (not sure if it did much). Just use the normal cape option.
