这是蓄力加速点满后改的值，第一次做ct也不知道别人能不能用，先发出来试试，
原本三种姿势蓄力的速度都增加了，其中原本值最小的立辊改得大于劈棍，不喜欢的可以自行调节三个姿势各种的值
好的暂时找不到基址，就分享一下满级蓄力加速的默认数值吧，方便自己查找自己改
