泡酒物铁弹将拥有更多其它泡酒物的效果, 并兼容调用下毒手赋四灾Iron Pellet will also have some other soaks effect and Posion Arm effect
2.结合定身，散气，铜头，毛猴，安神法增益泡酒物效果
3.结合峰山石髓+紫纹缃核效果(概率不消耗酒，生命危及时大大增加回复效果)
4.铁弹原有效果:饮酒不被打断，过程中霸体减伤
5.喝酒触发下毒手效果(无需佩戴)，配合魔改下毒手MagicArm，可在暴击时给敌人上不同的冰/火/毒/雷
