FIX for shadows lightning contrast fog reflection performance

after 3 days of testing i could figure out the best settings to solve the game's ugly graphics, flickering shadows, poor contrast between light n dark areas (they r still not perfect but better than it was), ugly low res static shadow maps, performance cost of better shadows, fixed lumen lightning anomalies, ugly volumetric fog, a bit better screen space reflections, n also turned off every post processing ugly/annoying effect

the settings r for low-mid end setups, tried to find the best balance between quality n performance: 60-90fps on a 3060ti with 80% DLSS at 1080p

these settings REQUIRE SPECIFIC IN GAME GRAPHICS SETTINGS: CHECK UPLOADED PIX / RT: OFF / FRAME GEN: OFF (causes screen flickering)

INSTALLATION:

press on keyboard: WIN + R

type: %localappdata% then hit enter

go to: b1\Saved\Config\Windows folder

backup the existing Engine.ini file

paste the new Engine.ini file there

run the game

set up the settings u seen on the 1st pic

enjoy the new graphics

ps: the shadows may look disturbing on the pix but when u play the game n moving it is better, imo the static shadow maps r ugly n still performance heavy (that i cant understand cuz seen way better static shadows in 2005-2010 games lol) so ive changed them to volumetric shadows n had to turn off directional lightning for 2 reasons: 1st: the edge of the shadows where shimmering, 2nd: way too high performance cost for still ugly looking shadows

so its a performance friendly better looking balanced setting
