📋 About This Mod
AMD focused Engine.ini tweak to best use GPU resources. I tweak the CVars to aim closer to what UE5.3's High preset do for Lumen and VSM and touched a couple other settings. I am currently playing 3440x1440 FSR3 Quality/FrameGen On and
Copy Engine.ini to
%localappdata%\b1\Saved_Epic\Config\Windows
Restore original game settings:
Simply delete the Engine.ini file it will re-generate after after game start.
Tweak graphic settings and hit apply you might need to restart the game again and it might remove VSM.
Some shadow flickering might occur during game play and cut scene.
Do not use AMD driver 24. 8. 1 as it has bug with Lumen GI.
CVars tweaked in following category:
disable Lumen hardware raytracing
some FSR3 parameter tweak
Use Engine default denoiser
Tweak Volumetric fog resolution
Enable and tweak Virtual Shadow Map performance
Tweak Lumen closer to what Epic's software trace High defaults.
Adjust virtual texture pool size and parameters.
Force Eye Adaptation method to Auto-histogram based.
* reduce sharpen effect.
