Man-faced Child Edit

This is an edit of that one child npc mesh in Battleship Bay and a few other levels.

I set out to fix this infamous man-faced child. But as I have found, this npc appears as both a regular size child, and a hunched up scaled down version held like a toddler. So what looks like an older-looking child on the regular size is a hilarious man-face on the toddler version. Hopefully this new face is more of a compromise, since I don't know how to only alter the held version.

I also fixed a couple gaps in the mesh. I attempted to fix his feet since they have some slightly awkward weighting in vanilla, but everything I did made them much worse (and it's a pain to test) so I left it.
