To make this works:
Get reshade 4. 5 and install it, delete "reshade-shaders" folder after that, then just put the content of my file in the same location than "Bioshock Infinite.exe".
You have to select my preset with reshade when the game launch, done.
In your game config put the secondary option for the deth of field to get the better look with the reshade.
Enjoy the game. ^^
