Need for Speed

Tired of walking across the city like you have all day? Need for Speed lets you adjust how fast your character moves on foot. Use the in-game mod options to set walk speed and run speed independently, from 25% to 500% of normal. Both default to 100% (vanilla speed). Changes apply as soon as you load into the city — no need to reopen the menu every time. Use Reset Mods to Defaults to return both sliders to 100%. Features - Separate sliders for walk and run speed - Range: 25%–500% (100% = default game speed) - Settings are saved between sessions - Player movement only — does not affect NPCs or vehicles you drive How to use 1. Enable the mod from the main menu Mods screen (Steam Workshop). 2. Open Mod Options in-game. 3. Adjust Walk speed and Run speed to taste. Note: At very high speeds (especially 300%+), you may phase through NPC vehicles and other objects. This is a side effect of moving faster than the game’s collision system expects — not a bug in the mod. Lower your speed if you want normal collision behavior.
