Cleaner and Sharper Visuals

Description

Uses OtisInf's tweaks (and since the latest update, some additional edits) to get a sharper and cleaner image without the blurriness and distortions. Be sure to support OtisInf for his amazing Unreal Engine Unlocker 

Installation instructions

Put this ini into your C:\Users\'USERNAME*\AppData\Local\BeastOfReincarnation\Saved\Config\Windows folder and set to Read Only.

I recommend disabling Depth of Field in the options as well in case you still have a somewhat blurry image.
