📋 About This Mod
In Tabletop, the Royal Crab (CRB-27b) and Marauder (MAD-2R) both mount Ferro-Fibrous armour, which gives more protection per ton. All other Royal or Lostech mechs take their various weight-saving technologies into account by decreasing their base chassis weight enough to reach Tabletop armour values or as close as possible with their stock loadout, but the Royal Crab and Marauder added in the final major patch do not. This mod gives them both an extra ton of payload capacity to do that.
It also comes with versions of the modded files that the game will not care about, ready to be pasted into your chassis and mech directories so that you can create builds with MasterBLB's wonderful Mech Designer for both the HBS versions and these modded ones.
ModTek is required.
This mod increases the payload capacity of the Royal Crab and Royal Marauder by one ton, adding armor to match other Royal mechs' HBS conversions. A small, focused balance tweak for Battletech players who want tabletop-accurate loadouts.
