Inspired by AdjustedMechSalvage mod, and taking a simplified approach. Follow vanilla enemy salvage rule when recover destroyed mech, excluding pilot ejection.
Current setting only enabled for CT destruction, other location still repairable.
The recovered mech parts and components will directly sent to mechbay storage, Darius will mention on the mech lost after mission complete.
