Mechwarrior Culture Control

This mod changes the distribution of random mechwarriors to better representative of the entire Inner Sphere and Periphery states as a whole.   I have found this to be more representative of the amount of peoples that populate the Inner Sphere as a whole.  I have used this mod when I play with the Whole Inner Sphere map, like in Battletech Extended 3025 Commander's Edition.

The Vanilla game places Mechwarriros randomly using the following values:

Innersphere      Nobles: 5

Commoners: 15

Periphery  Nobles: 10

Commoners:  20

I have adjusted these values to better represent that when playing with the entire Inner Sphere map you should be seeing more mechwarriors from the 5 major houses instead of the Periphery.  I have changed the values to this:

Innersphere      Nobles: 15

Commoners: 45

Periphery  Nobles: 10

Commoners:  20

These values are controlled by the files lifenode_start_origin. JSON  and lifenode_astart_origin. JSON.  They are found in/Battletech_Data/ /StreamingAssets/data/lifepathnode.

Do a search inside the two JDON files and then change these values as you see fit.  Personally I have been playing BEXCE and got tired of seeing so many Periphery pilots while being on the other side of the Innersphere.
