Hyperion Armory - Performance Mech Tech

After playing the campaign slug fest, and after losing several mechs and pilots to seemingly endless waves of enemy lances, I decided to rebalance the game to better reflect the equipment that an elite mercenary lance would use. This mod makes modest but noticeable changes to weapons, heatsinks, jump jets, upgrades and ammunition; improving their overall effectiveness, but without breaking the game. Essentially makes them "+ + + +" by using all of the items available upgrades.

Since the AI uses stock mech designs they do not have access to these items.

Weapons are now "+ + + +" and contain all of the weapon type's available upgrades. All other values are unchanged, except for heat and weight for balance, where noted only. All other values are vanilla.

==UPGRADES==

It did not make any sense to have some upgrades with no weight while others had excessive weight (TTS cough*), This fixes that issue. This gives you a bit more weight for ammo and armor.  All other values are vanilla.
