📋 About This Mod
works with the 1. 9 patch
Adds + and ++ variants of Machine Guns to stores, to make them a bit more useful later in the game when you have upgraded versions of everything else. Also adds a rare Rotary Machine Gun which is bulkier, heavier and has five times the rate of fire.
Bonuses Available
extra accuracy: +2 or +4 Acc.
higher critical chance: +25% or +50% Crit. (this is on top of the default +50% crit. that all MGs get)
larger burst size: +2 or +4 Burst (more shots fired per attack)
where to buy them
Variant machineguns can be bought in Mining and Battlefield stores as well as the black market. Rotary MGs can be bought in Research stores.

None. Works with the default mod loader.

These are appended to existing itemCollections without overwriting anything, so you should be able to mix and match with any other mods you like.
How To Install
1) unzip and place the folder "Handy Machineguns" into your mods folder.
2) Tick to enable on the in-game mods menu.
Depending on your OS, the mods folder can be found here:
Win: C:\Users\user_name\MyDocuments\MyGames\BattleTech\mods
Linux: /home/user_name/MyGames/BattleTech/mods
Mac: /Users/user_name/MyGames/BattleTech/mods
