BASIC DESCRIPTION

This mod is a successor to my old "AI-proof weight and heat" mod that does so much more that I decided it had to be its own mod.  It does update the original "cheatsinks" by making new "Tripple Heatsinks" that are standalone items available in all shops but not equipped on any normal mechs by default.  Based upon my extensive FIVE NINE TWENTY SEVEN BASICALLY INFINITY hours of testing, the AI does not ever use them, so this is a better, cleaner way to implement them.

However, this mod goes above and beyond that and solves another, arguably far more important problem that BattleTech has.  A problem that is so immersion-breaking I am personally astonished that nobody has tried to fix it before.  Easily the largest plot hole in any video game ever!  What is this horrific problem of which I speak?  It is perhaps best explained with this single question:

"What the fuck has my company been doing for the past 3 years?!"

This mod finally provides some answer to this all-encompasing question.  Your lance now has their own, completely unique mechs right from the start.  Each of these mechs is an improvement on a stock mech, with new unique god-tier weapons and other unique features.  What's more, each mech is specifically linked to one of your 4 starting MechWarriors (and your own Blackjack gets some love, too!)  This makes it clear what the hell you've all been doing for the past 3 years - running contracts and upgrading your Mechs!

This is now considered "feature complete" by me.  While I may or may not release any future updates, no more are planned

aside from bugfixes if/when they are needed.  The main change from the Queen Isobela edition is a new (and I think better)

selection of mechs.  Each has custom weaponry, increased armor and internal structure, and even a small speed boost.  I

have also added the new custom weapons to the shop lists, so that if you find another mech you'd really rather use, you

can easily throw the Triple Heatsinks and the new guns in and have an almost equally OP mech in seconds.  King Crab FTW!
