I was interested in playing through with more access to items and less worry about making rent, the original payouts and salvage levels felt low for the kind of work you're doing. kick-ass mercenaries deserve the better things in life!
note that the increased salvage doesn't show during negotiations, just post-mission with the salvage selection.
this mod requires ModTek which allows for loading mods without editing JSON files directly (yay) and allows for mods to be persistent through patches, reinstalls, etc. and play nice together. after installing ModTek you'll have a Mods folder off of your Battletech root, unzip this mod there. you should have a new mod folder with a 'mod.json' file inside (among other files/folders).
