A modern revival of BT-WeaponRealizer for HBS BATTLETECH.
Restores and improves weapon behaviors: per-shot variance, distance shaping, jamming, overheat interactions, and more.

[]Per-shot damage variance (Gaussian, truncated to safe bounds).
[]Distance-based shaping of damage:
[]DBV: smooth drop-off toward MaxRange (bounded between a floor and 1. 0).
[]RDBV: smooth increase from MinRange → MaxRange (great for LRMs).
[]Heat as Normal Damage vs vehicles / turrets / buildings (configurable multipliers).
[]Heat-derived bonus damage (tag-driven; does not change actual heat).
[]Weapon jamming with per-weapon multipliers, jam removal checks, and UI marker.
[]Clustered impacts: LB-X and Snub PPC are coded directly.
