AI Mech Difficulty tweaks:
+Brawler AI Will not attempt significantly more alpha strikes
+Sniper AI will always alpha with as much as possible unless it will overheat or <10% chance of hit
+Last Man Standing AI Configuration updated -- AI Will attempt blaze of glory :)
+Overheat threshold reduced for AI. If chance to destroy mech, Overheating is A-OK.
+DFA Chance increased -- If DFA capable mech is within jump range, but will not self destruct, DFA is also A-OK.
