I have extended the new difficulty menu to 25 possible settings or collections from the SimGameConstants
the file can be found in data\constants
Since i am making this for RogueTech and would now add RT specific menu points, i will release this file by itself as a modders resource
You may use this as you please, to learn or adapt for your mods, but i would prefer being credited if you use it
(i also removed the no rare salvage setting, modder should know how add it back in)

Be aware that except structure tech points all mechlabtechpoint costs are integers
