Attributes:
Alternate Attribute Order - All attributes that characters can be talented in are moved to the left side of stats panel.
Attribute Points Gain - Change amount of attribute upgrades that characters receive on level-up.
Perks:
Perk Filters - Adds filter buttons to perk screen. Legends Only.
Perk Points Gain - Change amount of perk points that characters receive on level-up.
Talents:
Minimum Talents - Amount of attributes that characters are guaranteed to be talented in.
Maximum Talents - Amount of attributes that characters can be talented in.
Talent Chance - Percentage chance for character to be talented in additional attributes over minimum.
Ignore Background - Disables talent restrictions on all backgrounds.
Randomize Starting Talents - Ensures that all starting characters talents will be randomized no matter what company origin is used.
