Tamed Wolf fix

There's a bug in vanilla that makes the tamed wolf use the stat line of the goblin wolf mount because of a typo. The goblin wolf is actually weaker than the normal war dog. This mod rectifies this mistake and restores the tamed wolf to it's rightful place; a somewhat rare quite minor upgrade on a normal war dog that can't wear armor.

The tamed wolf is gained from having a hound-master of a level of five or above and getting an event in the snowy regions of the map
