PvP Balance Mod

Description

This mod has 3 goals:

• []Prevent any Cheese tactics that allows the player to trivialize the game. [/]

  []Prevent any "Busy-Work" that might give the player a small advantage, but is otherwise tedious to do, boring to watch and / or takes a long time to do for the small advantage it gives.[/]

  []Give each player a far start and make the use of Quality of Life mods transparent[/]

  Main features

  World map

  • []No three-way fights: A free-roam battle is only ever you versus the opponents faction. Your allies or third parties from other factions stay out. Two enemy groups of same faction can still fight you together. Exceptions are contract fights and while  on a caravan mission.[/]

    []No joining a fight: You cannot attack a party that is already fighting another party.[/]

    []No reload for scouting hints: "Find Location" contract hints depend only on accumulated in-game scouting time, not on save-reloading.[/]

    []No profit from repairing loot before selling: Repairing for use is refunded its tool cost, repairing purely to inflate sell value nets nothing. [/]

  In battle
  • []Fixed terrain: The battlefield for an encounter no longer rerolls when you leave and re-enter, so you cannot fish for favourable terrain.[/]

    []No XP for re-killing a risen Wiedergänger: The first kill counts, farming a resurrecting undead does not.[/]

    []No XP from killing donkeys.[/]

    Fair start and transparency

    • []No free Fangshire helmet: DLC owners do not begin with a free legendary helmet.[/]

      []Mods are listed on start: On every campaign start and load, a popup lists every loaded mod (name and version) so the running setup is visible before a match.[/]
