expansion for hackflow perks

Description:

A skill mod that expands on existing skills from Hackflow's Perks. It's for a vanilla game without global mods or mods that alter perk trees.

I made a mod because I felt the Hackflow perks weren't enough. I added 12 perks in addition to the 6 from Hackflow. This is my first mod (I've never uploaded anything to the Nexus before) and my first experience modding for this game. The work took two weeks, using a neural network and manually studying similarities from larger mods and game files. Short-term testing showed good results, but I didn't finish the game until day 200-300.

I tried to make the perks balanced, and a few of them were fun. This works on game version 1. 5. 1. 8. The localization of the perks is Russian, but an English file is also available. Machine translation.

The mod is built on the hackflow base, so this mod is mainly due to him.

Мод на навыки, который расширяет существующие навыки от hackflow. На ванильную игру без глобальных модов или модв, изменяющих древа перков.

Мод который я сделал, так как мне было мало перков от hаckflow. Добавлено 12 перков в дополнение к 6 от hackflow. Постарался сделать перки сбалансированными и, несколько из перков - забавными. Работает на версии игры 1. 5. 1. 8., локализация перков внутри Русская, но есть и английский файл. Перевод машинный.

Мод построен на базе от hackflow, так что, в основном этот мод это его заслуга.

Main features:

List of perks and brief description (row number - number in order in the list):

1-1) Small Child - the character deals +15% damage to armor and receives +10% damage to his own armor.

1-2) Carver - for each character level gives +1% damage.

2-3) Cardio - increases stamina recovery per turn by +5 while HP is above 85%

2-4) Revenge - for every lost 10% HP, gives +5% damage for one time.

2-5) Dead Man - increases the chances of surviving in battle after a mortal wound (9 lives perk from the Legends mod, if I remember correctly, but now separately).

3-6) Oakhead - in each battle allows you to survive 2 stuns, after which the character can be stunned.

3-7) Dancer - without clothes and a shield, the character receives + to defense and AP.

5-8) Boulder - If the total armor is 60+, then the character cannot be pushed or attracted. If the armor drops below 60, everything is as usual.

5-9) Take a closer look - gives a +2 bonus to vision and +5% to ranged attack skill.
