Fixes the eyes issue on the Noel suit.
This is also included in the Community Patch as of 4. 4!
Thanks to WeGoku for pointing this out to me.
How and why did this happen?
Looking deeper into this, Noel's mesh has wrong bones for the eyes, so I just deleted them and replaced with another skin's (in this case 1970's) and that fixed it.
Installation:
Drag the "DLC" folder inside the "Fixed Eyes Noel Batman" folder into the root Batman Arkham Knight folder.
