Better Drunk Diving (Better Alcohol + Drunk Diving)

(This is a personal mod that I'm uploading to the public in case others want to enjoy it too) Tired of Alcohol not really doing much or having much of a use? Well, Better Alcohol is here to fix that. Alcohol has been revamped in this Mod to not only have a reason to drink it. But additionally give downsides just as well as incentives. Not only will you get all the good and bad from original Better Alcohol but now you have the Drunk Diving benefits of having your helm skills improve as you get drunker! So this is double the benefit if you felt that increased HP wasn't that worth it. Should be Compatable with most mods that add alcohol but don't override the Drunken Effects.
