Scavenger & Alien Hoarder Talent Rework Baroverhaul

Overrides security's talent "Scavenger", change from generate ANY additional item to 2 lead. Overrides medic's talent "Alien Hoarder", change from generate ANY additional item to 1 AI chip. Overrides mechanic's talent "Good Luck Magnet", change from generate ANY additional item to 2 scrap and 2 plastic. This avoids a random check for every single type of item, while using a simple check for just ONE type, which will greatly ease the burden on the server and game when these talents are triggered, reducing crashes and lag. This is especially useful when you have tons of mods, if you have fewer mods or a super computer, you don't need to consider this mod. Need to put this mod above Baroverhaul.
