railgun ammo shelf but taller and better

for submarine makers a taller railgun ammo shelf for when you want to store a lot of railgun shells but not have an entire room filled with half length shelves this taller shelf stores 12 shells per taller shelf compatible with mods as far as i know, primarily tested with EK turrets. BIG thanks to Snark on the barotrama discord for fixing the two issues and providing a thumbnail not even an hour after launch such a great person deserves to share the credit Known issues: none :) (FYI comments left on steam are less likely to be seen, if you have a question i recommend asking on the barotrama discord)
