Handheld Coilgun

A remake of the original handheld coilgun mod that was discontinued. Requires 50 Electrical and 30 weapon skill to craft and 50 Weapon skill to use, under 35 Weaponskill chance to flinch from high recoil, no bruising. Heavy, slower movement rate even when worn on back including minor propulsion speed decrease from scooters. 6% less damage 85 down from 90 propulsion on projectiles. a Regular battery gets 100 shots, a Fulgurium battery fires a whole box. Low chance to slightly stun/flinch user with Weaponskill 35 or less. Floats in water with a small light to see where the user is or if it gets dropped. Has an attachment slot for flashlights. Large item only fits in container storage slots. Requires 1 Fulgurium and a modest amount of metal and a couple FPGA to craft due to its internal power amplification mechanisms that allow it to function on just battery power.
