Purchasable Ship Parts 2

A set of vanilla ship components made purchasable at the tool trader on stations, and also at the merchant in cities. You can place them as any component, and remove them with a wrench. They can't be fabricated or deconstructed. They can be purchased only on newly formed stations, since the existing ones already have their item lists set. Cost: 1200mks Oxygen Shelf: Cost: 1000mks Steel Cabinet: Cost: 900mks Supply Cabinet: Cost: 450mks Small Cabinet: Cost: 300mks Weapon Display: Cost: 220mks High Capacity Relay: Same is the regular relay component, except it costs more, it can be fabricated for a copper more, and it can transfer 3000kwh power. Cost: 320mks Small Discharge Coil: Like the original ship equipment, these can shock creatures outside the submarine. The maximum range is 4 meters. Cost: 3500mks Ship Railgunshell Rack: When it has items in it and it isn't attached to the walls the items are offset (couldn't solve this bug).
