Hunger and Thirst Dynamic Europa

This is the patch for DynamicEuropa for Hunger and Thirst maintained by me. Just put the patch above DynamicEuropa you can have anything in between All rights reserved to _]|M|[_ and MasonMachineGuns I do do not own this mod just I modified the food/drinks.xml files for the hungry europans integration. (weird right?). However, I did not add my own affliction along with theirs so my drunk status won't apply but the mod's innate drunk status will. This is to not overwhelm the player with 3 or 4 different buffs. This is not compatible with Hungry Europans!
