BaroTraumatic - Less Traumatic

Tweak to BaroTraumatic to make the spawn rates a little bit more tolerable. All credit to the original BaroTraumatic - this is just for personal use with friends! Now also includes the Fat Cat mod by grungecove, largely as an inside joke, but also as a harmless enemy variant in caves and random dive events. If you get swarmed by fat cats instead of mudraptors, you got lucky!
