Crazy Ivan's Percent Bar

Vanilla subassembly that displays a 0 to 100 value via a horizontal progress bar. Use it by connecting a small amount of power to the right side junction box's power pin, and a 0 to 100 signal to the junction box's signal_0 pin. How it works: a hidden Supercapacitor provides the bar graphic. The Supercapacitor draws power from the power input to charge up. Logic circuits stop the charging when it reaches the designated percentage. To lower the displayed percentage, a hidden lamp drains power from the Supercapacitor.
