[JC] Black Seal

Being the first submarine built by the JC Industries, the "Black Seal" was designed to allow for the basic exploration and combat requirements of Europa. Built with function over form, the sub does not allow for a lot of commodities, but it will allow the average sailor to navigate the depths of Europa with ease and relative safety. This is meant to be a medium sized submarine with above average combat capabilities. It includes some circuit controls in the command room to control lighting (efficient lights do consume less energy), allow power to enter/leave the batteries, and the option to either use the main engine or the smaller, more efficient backup engine.
