Enemy Rat Variety!

Adds some variety to the rat enemy pool! default rat will spawn 85% of the time. Tank rat will spawn 10% of the time - Be wary! He is a beefcake! And 5% of the time you will be against a wizard rat! There are 5 different varieties of wizard rat including forcebolt, cold, poison, sleep and fireball. Unfortunately I learned I cannot use custom models for these, until after I had already made the models. It would require a recompile of the game to be able to include them. So they will all use the default rat model. If you'd like to be able to recruit these babies try Friendly Rat Variety!
