Greasebob's Dracula Miniboss

This mod introduces a new vampire miniboss named Dracula to the game, adding a new challenge for players. Defeating Dracula will grant you the Wraith's Gown, one of the best artifact items in the game, eliminating the need to wait until the final levels to obtain it. Dracula can also drop other valuable loot along side the guaranteed drop of the Wraith's Gown. Like other minibosses, he has a 2% chance of spawning on each floor, offering a fairly high opportunity to encounter him before fighting Herx. Designed for players around level 25 and with decent gear in mind, Dracula presents a balanced yet formidable challenge. He uses both unarmed melee attacks and a variety of spells. This mod will not work with any other mods that modify monstercurve.json. If you encounter any bugs related to Dracula please let me know so that I can try to fix it.
