📋 About This Mod
This mod is now obsolete with the 1. 0. 4 patch. They've added the missing items back into the game.
Pretty much every faction armor set is marked as multiplayer only. This is an XML file that enables all of these pieces of armor for singleplayer.
Installation:
Just drag the spitems.xml file from the RAR to \Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\SandBoxCore\ModuleData\ and overwrite the file.
You will need to update the spitems.xml file whenever the game updates until TaleWorlds fixes this issue.
Crafting Weapon Parts
Weapon parts used in crafting are also marked as multiplayer only in another xml file, you'll find an xml file to unlock these as well in the optional files. Just copy this file into
Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\Native\ModuleData

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community favorite with 958 endorsements and nearly 50k downloads.
- Straightforward drag-and-drop install—no mod manager needed.
- Two-in-one: unlocks both armor and crafting parts with optional file.
⚠️ Cons
- Obsolete since the 1.0.4 patch—no longer needed for current versions.
- Requires manual file overwrite, which can be risky if not backed up.
- Must be updated after every game patch, which was tedious during early access.
For Bannerlord players on early access versions before 1.0.4 who wanted to use multiplayer-only armor in singleplayer. If you're on the latest patch, skip this—it's already fixed. Not for modders looking for a maintained solution.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Back up your original spitems.xml before overwriting, so you can revert if needed.
- Place the optional crafting parts file in the Native ModuleData folder, not SandBoxCore.
- Since the mod is obsolete, check your game version first—if it's 1.0.4 or later, you don't need it.
