📋 About This Mod
The Realm of Thrones mod now contains an integrated RBM patch that dynamically changes the armor/shield/weapon damages at runtime. (just enable the setting in the ROT mod configuration menu)
Before ROT version 6. 2 this feature(The integrated patch) was not complete - and the mods custom arrows and bows would not do any damage.
This patch ONLY fixes this, and is therefore only needed when running RBM together with ROT 6. 0, make sure you therefore activate the RBM patch setting in the ROT mod config menu.
Please read the install instructions carefully before seeking help and saying that it doesn't work.
Keep in mind that the below install instructions were written during a time where this patch had 2 modules, one asset and one patch module.
Ever since 6. 0 this is no longer true - and there is only the singular patch module, which should be loaded directly below ROT.
1. Download Realm of Thrones 5. 5, by rbhughes.
2. Follow the installation resources in their helpful discord server linked on their Nexus page.
3. Download Realistic Battle Mod, by Philozoraptor.
4. Download both of the main mod files. RBM-Assets and RBM-Patch.
5. Install these by either placing the files in ...\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules, or using Vortex.
6. Load RBM and ROT-RBM Assets before the Realm of Thrones modules. Load ROT-RBM Patch after the Realm of Thrones modules.
7. Disable troop overhaul through RBMs in game main menu config before entering your save.

All credits to the amazing armors and weapons go to the incredible Realm of Thrones development team lead by rbhughes (Carolina Warlord).
This patch is simply just related to the armor and weapon values of the assets in their mod, in order for it to work well with the popular Realistic Battle Mod.
Thanks to ingrimsch6234 that guided me with migrating the mod to a submodule-install, along with important balance addons.
This is a small compatibility patch for Realm of Thrones 6.0 and 6.1, fixing custom bow and arrow numbers. It is not needed for ROT 6.2+ users. With 191 endorsements and 20,876 downloads, it's a practical fix for players on older versions.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Tiny download and install—just drop it in and your bow numbers are fixed.
- 191 endorsements show it's trusted by the community for this specific issue.
- Clear scope: it does exactly one thing and does it well for 6.0/6.1 users.
⚠️ Cons
- Completely useless if you've already updated to ROT 6.2+—check your version first.
- Only addresses bow and arrow numbers; no other ROT 6.0/6.1 bugs are covered.
- Compatibility risk: if you're on a different ROT version, this patch could cause conflicts.
This is for players who are still on Realm of Thrones 6.0 or 6.1 and have noticed broken bow or arrow stats. If you've already updated to 6.2 or later, you don't need this patch at all.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Check your ROT version in the mod launcher before installing—if it's 6.2+, skip this patch.
- Place the patch file in your Modules folder, making sure it loads after the main ROT mod.
- If you're unsure about your version, look for the ROT version number in the mod's main menu or load order.
