*4/8/20 Will not be updating further as a more talented modder then I was able to actually fix the perks.

So bannerlord includes 2 perks one in Bow one in Riding to enable you to use longbows on horseback.... Sadly neither work.
So for the time being this will allow you to use any bow on horseback with or without the perk.
Simply move spitems.xml to .....\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\SandBoxCore\ModuleData and replace the file there.
(After making a backup of course.)
