This mod replace some male and female hairstyles (I dont know how add hairstyles, probably hard coded).

install: use vortex or decompress the mod in your MB2/modules folder, at MB2 launcher activate and place it after default mods game modules in the order mod list.
ps: the bald are not replaced because this mod just replace the 3D model and don't use or replace any data to be more compatible as possible and the bald are not a model but it's build in the data (just hide hairs).
