FINALLY GOT THE MOD TO WORK AS STANDALONE, PLEASE ENDORSE AND DOWNLOAD BLEINZ. REALLY BIG HELP WITH THIS MOD. SERIOUSLY COULDNT NOT OF DONE WITHOUT HIS HELP.

ALL companions are actually randomised at the start you cannot get a certain one until you find them first.
On the world map, every time you enter any town like normal a new companion will spawn until you have spawned all your companions you chose to spawn.

[]Unzip CompanionHoarder mod. Place "CompanionHoarder" folder into "Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules"

]Make sure that both dll files are unblocked. Or use Module Unblocker mod https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/181 - Launch Mount and Blade Bannerlord and enable "CompanionHoarder" under Singleplayer mods. MAKE SURE THAT IT IS IN THE CORRECT ORDER OR GAME MAY NOT WORK. Good mod here for that.
