Thunderbird

Update 2017-03-16: Fully redid the performance stats, as Thunderbird appeared to have fallen behind the official ships (It was slower than GTek!!). It is now a GTek with much better acceleration, but slightly slower turning (though it should be just as responsive). Update 2 2016-11-26: Increased speed stats by 10 across all speed classes. Increased acceleration to match Scorpio (in theory, anyway...). Improved handling responsiveness and grip slightly. Current testing (with my rubbish flying style) indicates that the Thunderbird does better than the heavier ships on the more technical circuits, but is inferior to Tenrai (Pure racing FTW). It seems to be more durable though, so that might balance out in combat racing scenarios. Update 2016-11-26: Scaled ship down. Increased handling and acceleration. Decreased speed. A collaborative effort between Thalmir University and Phoenix Flight School, the Thunderbird is used to train new pilots for anti-gravity racing. Previous years has seen Thunderbird compete on a regional level, but the promising new lead pilot Kat Sinclair is said to be capable of taking the team to the international series. Stylistically, this is closer to the PSP WipEout games rather than the PS1 WipEout ones, and has a higher texture resolution than vanilla BallisticNG ships, but I'm still happy with how it came out. I had another paragraph here before, but the update wiped it and I can't remember what it was saying.
