Warlock and Eldritch Knight Pact- Bound Weapons

This mod adds a set of nine weapons able to be obtained from the Tutorial chest:

Battleaxe (thrown)

Modified Scythe of Myrkul

These weapons have the following benefits when pact- bound:

Favored weapon: Weapon has +1

Synchronicity: Weapon deals additional damage equal to proficiency bonus

*Galvanic Currents: Deals additional 1d6 Lightning damage

All weapons also gain the following benefits as you level:

Lvl 3-5, +1 enchantment, additional 1d4 Force damage.

Lvl 6-7, +2 enchantment, additional 1d6 Force damage.

Lvl 8-9, +3 enchantment, additional 2d6 Force damage.

Lvl 10+, +3 enchantment, additional 2d10 Force damage.
