Gives the Sword of the Emperor some extra oomph
Changes the Sword of the Emperor to be not garbage:
Features:
- Enchantment +2
- Finesse property
- Imperial Retaliation with the description corrected (base game doesn't specify it only works on saving throws caused by spells)
- Shapeshifter Slayer replaced with +1d4 Psychic damage, since I looked at it and it only works on creatures that are Polymorphed
- Magical Durability unchanged
- Modified Raulothim's Psychic Lance: Gains benefits with Awakened and/or Partial Ceremorphosis, cast as an action once per short rest
